We do not accept to work on projects or tasks that are not aligned or compliant with our core qualities and overall mission, despite short-term profits that may be yielded. This approach allows us to obtain a shared vision with our clients and effectively make their requirements our obligations. On the basis that we are buying into a client we are prepared to co-invest and this includes our resources, network, people and capital. Once we agree on a project and exchange terms with the originator we become solely focused on it and work continuously to see a successful completion and delivery. Ultimately we approach each client independently and we aim to create a long-lasting relationship, often permanent.
